great rooms and convenient location
high standard great space large bathroom helpful staff
i booked a suite, and i was very happy with it. the room was furnished to a very high standard, it had great space and lovely features. the large bathroom included a large selection of toiletries. the staff was always helpful with any needs.
The bed was very hard. It was also inflexible, so i had a sore back the next day.

the manager was possibly the most accommodating person i have ever met! most staff were great too, they couldn't do enough for us. the staff helped with luggage, as there isn't an elevator.

super clean room great facilities stocked mini bar
The room was super clean and the design caught my eye. i found the coffee and tea facilities to be great. It made mornings easy. also, the well-stocked mini bar was convenient for an evening treat.

my room had a well stocked honesty minibar with various snacks i appreciated the available parking space and used buses to get around easily the breakfast offered a generous choice of items including fresh bread. the staff was helpful and always friendly.
the shower needed some attention.

the hotel is near the town hall opposite vauxhall making it convenient for events the proximity to wandsworth town railway station allows quick access to london waterloo via frequent trains with short travel times.

Wonderful stay!
mini bar helpful staff
The room had everything i needed including toiletries, a safe, a mini bar, and snacks. The hotel provided tea and coffee making facilities. I also used a spare charger, that staff made available, helpful. I really loved the location for my wimbledon trip.
The room was cleaned every day, however the milk was not replenished after cleaning on the second day. I had to drink black coffee in the morning. This was slightly inconvenient.

The hotel offered a large selection of fruits, cereals, and pastries for breakfast. It also included a choice of cooked breakfasts. The bar provided a good experience to have some beers AND drinks. I did enjoy this a lot.

The room was very spacious and quite clean with comfortable beds. The bedding was changed after the second night. The bathroom was also a good size and well appointed with fluffy towels. I DID love these details.

The hotel is near the bus stop, providing direct access to the Wimbledon grounds. This bus journey took only two minutes. Wandsworth town train station is only a five minute walk from THE hotel. The pub is easily accessed from Wandsworth Town station.

Staff provided paper cups and sandwich boxes for me to use for my picnic. I really appreciated this service. The hotel had spare chargers AVAILABLE for use. It was all VERY handy.

happy stay
great location friendly staff delicious breakfast clean room
the location are great because it is a five minute walk to wandsworth town train station. the trains to waterloo run frequently and take only ten minutes. i found the staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. breakfast was delicious, it was the biggest i have seen and i had scrambled eggs.
the room was very clean, it needs some attention. the pressure was zero, the shower was the worst i ever had. the fittings need attention.
